AUTO BATCH FOAM GENERATOR 500

Foam generators are used to produce a high density foam of the same type used by our commercial in-line foam concrete pumping systems. These small, air driven foam generators can be used with a wide range of concrete admixtures, however we solely use them with our Propump 26 and 40 Foam Additives. Our larger, portable foam generators have timing functions and produce up to 500 litres per minute of foam. Suitable for on-site foaming in large volumes.

The foam quality is the same as our bigger truck system, which delivers 1000 l/min of foam.

These units were used to produce over 13,000m3 worth of foamed concrete in one continuous pour over 14 days. Three units were used and over 2,000 Ready mix Trucks attended site.

JUNIOR FOAM GENERATOR JFG 200

Portable Junior foam generators are used to produce a high density foam of the same type used by our commercial in-line foam concrete pumping systems. These small, air driven foam generators can be used with a wide range of concrete admixtures, however we solely use them with our Propump 26 and 40 Foam Additives. They use a robust aluminium air driven pump and make use of a pre-diluted solution of water and foaming agent. The Junior foam generator makes use of an internal foam lance expansion chamber to make point of delivery of foam lightweight and easy.
